How much does the membership card cost?

$40 taxes included, annually, this covers our beautiful real wood boxes, bottle-sized sauces and condiments.

Why a membership card?

In order to establish a taste profile system and thus avoid you having to scrutinize an entire menu, but also to use luxury and eco-responsible packaging.

What does the membership card include?

15% OFF every order! Your 100% reusable lacquered wooden boxes, bottle-sized sauces and condiments. We'll also automatically add small desserts if you order 24 hours in advance.
Also, bonus gifts quite often, to help you discover new fish.

What should I do with my boxes?

We ask our members to return their fishbox within 30 days, either with your next order or by dropping them off in our return box outside.

Orders

What are the deadlines for cancelling an order?

The best time is 24 hours, but if you're a member, of course we'll work miracles!

Can I order on the same day?

Of course, our usual turnaround time is 3 hours, but our chefs love it when you order the day before, it gives them the opportunity to spoil you even more!
And if you're a member, our concierge will always try a miracle!

Where do I need to pick up my order?

At 9 Avenue Lanning, local 101 in St-Sauveur-des-Monts.

What time should I pick up my order?

You will plan the picking time; this is a promise from us, but you are under no obligation to arrive at the precise time; it will be waiting for you here, nice and cool.

What are my options if I cannot pick up my order?

By notifying us 24 hours in advance, we will be happy to deliver to our members' homes for a delivery fee based on the distance to be covered.

How can I customize my sushi?

For all our customizable boxes, you can list the ingredients you do not want (e.g., no shallots) as well as the fish or seafood you prefer.

What is the best choice for a first visit?

The Fishbox—our iconic box of 14 sushi pieces, including nigiri, maki, and Japanese bites—is 100% customizable based on your preferences for ingredients and fish, or you can opt for the chef's selection.

How do I choose a chef if I don't know them?

By clicking on the "How to choose my chef" tab, you will see a photo and a description of their standard menu.

Concept

Is membership required to get sushi at Fish?

No, it is not mandatory; if you are not a member, your sushi will be served in a cardboard box (rather than our reusable wooden boxes) and you will pay the full price (instead of the member price with a 15% discount).

What is the Fish promise?

Less rice, more fish, always made to order.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, if you are not fully satisfied with your fishbox, our customer service manager will review your experience so our team can learn from it, and we will arrange a pickup at no cost.

How is the sushi at Fish different from that of other sushi restaurants?

Our sushi is made with fresh fish—unlike 98% of sushi bars, which use frozen fish. It is a rigorous process that requires us to pass MAPAQ bacterial testing, but it elevates the flavor to a whole new level. All our boxes can be customized to your preferences, based on our daily catch. Our nigiri feature umami toppings, and our maki rolls are crafted by our chefs to take you on a journey through sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and umami flavors.

What is the best sushi restaurant in Quebec City?

It is definitely Fish Club, based on our promise—less rice, more fish, always made-to-order—the fact that everything is prepared according to our customers' requests (nothing is made in advance), and the fact that our chefs undergo continuous training.
