What is FishClub Privé?

FishClub Privé is a sushi-to-go club based in Québec City. We offer ultra-fresh, chef-curated sushi boxes with more fish, less rice—crafted with precision and packaged in elegant wooden boxes for pick-up.

How does the FishClub membership work?

Membership costs $25/year and includes 15% off all orders, access to exclusive boxes, concierge ordering service, and sushi served in reusable wooden containers.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1975 Rue Frank-Carrel, Québec City, inside the Cosmos building.

When can I pick up my order?

Pick-up is available Wednesday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Return and refund policy

Our mission is to create sushi with minimal rice and maximum fresh fish. Ideally, with the meal you enjoy today, we hope to create an insatiable desire in you to eat the same thing again tomorrow because it was such a delight.

If you unfortunately encounter a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify this unacceptable situation. We employ excellent chefs but no robots, so human error can occur, BUT we will always honor our promises.

Refund conditions:

A credit note for a return booking may be issued if your experience did not live up to our promises.
If an item is missing or incorrect in your order, please also let us know.
